Meet the team::

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Systems Analyst to serve as a strategic liaison between Global Sales, Field Sales, and IT teams. This critical role requires deep expertise in Salesforce CRM platforms like Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Experience cloud to enable global scalability, drive sales excellence, and support data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate will collaborate with business leaders, stakeholders, and technical teams to design and deliver robust, user-centric CRM solutions that enhance productivity and improve customer engagement across global markets. Success in this role demands a self-starter who is detail-oriented, reliable, and motivated, with exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to translate complex business challenges into robust, user-centric CRM capabilities that enhance productivity and improve customer engagement across global markets.

Where you come in:

  • Ability to analyze and define business requirements for IT systems, ensuring seamless and high-impact implementation of technology solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Field Sales, Commercial Operations, and Marketing teams to understand business processes, identify system gaps, and propose innovative solutions.
  • Ability to provide expert guidance and mentorship while delivering customer-focused support to stakeholders, ensuring successful project outcomes and driving adoption and engagement across the organization.
  • Conduct detailed requirements analysis, documentation, and process mapping to translate business needs into functional and technical specifications
  • Proficiency in process documentation and visualization tools (e.g., Lucid, Microsoft Visio)
  • Ability to create and manage epics and user stories within an Agile framework using tools such as JIRA, ensuring each story includes clear acceptance criteria, accounts for dependencies on other stories and initiatives, and supports overall project objectives.
  • Develop test plans, lead user acceptance testing (UAT), validate functionality, and ensure solutions meet defined requirements and compliance standards.
  • Support user onboarding, documentation, and training to drive system adoption and ensure smooth rollout of new features and processes.
  • Maintain data accuracy and integrity across systems; design and deliver actionable analytics and reports to support Sales strategy and decision-making.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance CRM capabilities and business processes through technology innovation and best practices.
  • Oversee implementation projects from initiation through completion, ensuring deliverables are met on time, within scope, and in alignment with organizational goals.

What makes you successful:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Experience: 10+ years of experience in Business Systems Analysis or CRM support, with at least 5 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce and/or Veeva Vault.
  • Proven track record supporting Sales and Field Sales business functions in a commercial or life sciences environment.
  • Strong understanding of CRM processes (Lead-to-Order, Order to Cash, Territory Management, Call Planning, Sample Management, etc.).
  • Demonstrated success leading cross-functional, global CRM implementations with measurable business outcomes.
  • Experience leading system implementation or enhancement projects end-to-end.
  • Familiarity with GxP, SOX compliance, and data governance practices preferred.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
  • Salesforce Administrator or Veeva certification is a plus.
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies and project lifecycle management
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of influencing both technical and non-technical audiences.

Experience and Education Requirements:

  • Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline, and a minimum of 13+ years related experience or a Master’s degree and 8+ years equivalent industry experience or a PhD and 5+ years of experience.

Flex Workplace: Your primary location will be a home office. You will not have an assigned workstation and will work with your manager to determine office visit needs. You must live within commuting distance of your assigned Dexcom site (typically 75 miles/120km).
