General Purpose
Perform accounting and clerical tasks related to the efficient maintenance and processing of accounts payable transactions.
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
- Review and verify invoices and check requests
- Sort, code and match invoices
- Enter and upload invoices into system
- Reconcile accounts payable transactions
- Prepare analysis of accounts
- Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and issues
- Maintain vendor files
- Correspond with vendors and respond to inquiries
- Provide supporting documentation for audits
- Assist with monthly AP close
- Provide backup for employees on leave of absence
Education and Experience
- Associate's degree with a focus in Accounting or related field
- Knowledge of Accounts Payable
- Knowledge of general Accounting procedures
- Proficient in data entry and management
- Expert ability using, and guiding others to use, electronic business systems and applications (e.g. expense reporting tools or other business applications
- 1-3 years Accounts Payable or general Accounting experience
- Proficient in Excel and Word, 10 key by touch, Axapta and Metaviewer experience a plus
- Experience in Travel and Expense a plus.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $20 - $22 USD hourly. Ultimately, in determining pay, we will consider the successful candidate’s location, experience, and other job-related factors.
