Description -

We are looking for an End-to-End (E2E) Software Experience Lead who will drive a seamless, customer-centric journey across all touchpoints from initial engagement through retention and loyalty.

In this role, you will champion the voice of the customer, proactively remove friction, and ensure a consistent, high-quality experience that reflects our brand promise and supports our business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Journey Ownership: Map, analyze, and continuously optimize end-to-end customer journeys across multiple products and software solutions for Commercial PS.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Commercial Portfolio, Technology Innovation Organization (TIO) and related organizations to align and deliver cohesive experiences.

  • Customer Insights: Leverage data (quantitative and qualitative) to identify pain points, opportunities, and unmet needs in the customer experience.

  • Experience Design: Apply design thinking and service design principles to reimagine and enhance customer interactions across key moments of truth.

  • Voice of the Customer (VoC): Develop and manage VoC programs, synthesize insights, and drive initiatives to address systemic customer issues.

  • Influence: Leverage technical expertise and knowledge to influence, guide, and shape business strategy and decision-making for Commercial PS solutions.

  • Product Management: Drive product innovations, produce solutions, and ensure program execution according to design specifications, budgets and schedules.

  • Innovation: Identifies and evaluates new technologies and innovations, proposing creative or new product solutions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, information technology or related field.

  • 10+ years of experience in customer experience, product management, software development or a related discipline.

  • Proven experience leading end-to-end customer journey initiatives across product areas (device and software solution).

  • Strong analytical skills.

  • Experience with journey mapping, process mapping, and CX tools (e.g., Miro, Figma, Jira, etc.).

  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams

  • Familiarity with agile and human-centered design methodologies is a plus.

The pay range for this role is US1 $146,650 to $225,850 USD annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United States of America candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
