Job Summary

This is an individual contributor role that is responsible for leading the development and success of software products or features supporting Print strategic initiatives. The role formulates strategies and meticulous software plans for HP's Subscription Platform and Print technologies in collaboration with Supply Chain, IT, FinCorp, CS, TIO and CO teams. The role mentors and coaches junior members of the extended team.

Responsibilities

  • Plays a leadership role and drives the progress of the product management function for strategic Print initiatives driving business requirements, acceptance criteria and process flows.
  • Leads cross-functional teams through agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups and retrospectives.
  • Strategically partners with key senior stakeholders to understand needs and priorities.
  • Recommends product requirements and definitions to align with stakeholder's needs.
  • Collaborates with the software engineering team on feature ideas and prototypes to bring potential solutions to life.
  • Advises key stakeholders on the portfolio strategy across all phases of the lifecycle.
  • Tracks and reports key metrics to drive future product developments.
  • Demonstrates process improvement and project management experience, preferably with the implementation of large projects.

Education & Experience Recommended

  • Four-year or Graduate Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
  • Typically has 10+ years of work experience, preferably in product management, digital or software product development, or a related field.

Pay & Benefits

The base pay range for this role is $147,050 to $230,850 annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to US candidates only).  Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
