• Maintain compliance with NYS DOH, CMS, and internal standards of care through ongoing audits and quality improvement initiatives.
• Partner with the Director of Nursing and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized resident care plans.
• Support staff education and competency development through coaching and collaboration with the Nurse Educator.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and care partners to ensure satisfaction and understanding of care plans.
• Participate in and support survey readiness, infection control, and QAPI activities.

Qualifications
• Current New York State RN license in good standing.
Graduate of an accredited nursing program (BSN preferred).
• Minimum of two years of experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting.
• Proven leadership or supervisory experience.
• Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
