Neato makes money by buying and selling products online from upper-middle-market and enterprise brands with which we have an exclusive selling relationship. We then function as the majority of the brand’s eCommerce department at no cost. We’re a retailer that behaves like an agency — we buy, we build, we sell, and we scale.

Now it’s time to make that machine scale — predictably, aggressively, and intelligently.
What We're Looking For
We want a Head of Business Development who can do five things simultaneously:
- Build a system that fills a pipeline with new leads (enterprise-level leads where one sale can easily equal 8 figures).
- Create motion — outbound, inbound, events, partnerships — and keep it moving.
- Develop people, software, and process — a small, lethal team that executes at enterprise levels.
- Collaborate with Marketing to keep the story and the sell in sync.
- Help the founders sell the vision to sophisticated brand executives — and make them believe in it.
We’ll be selling transformation, not transactions.
Our clients are Heads of eCommerce at $100M+ CPG brands — smart, overworked, under-resourced operators who need help scaling their Amazon stores.
Your job is to consistently generate a robust pipeline with these types of brands.
What You’ll Actually Do
- Build the sales system — CRM, outreach cadences, partner channels, the whole thing.
- Prospect, nurture, and help close high-value enterprise deals while hiring the team around you.
- Stand shoulder-to-shoulder with Marketing to connect story to pipeline.
- Represent Neato at key events, conferences, and dinners to help build the relationships that matter.
- Train and mentor future AEs and SDRs to execute your playbook.
- Track and refine KPIs tied to pipeline health, conversion rate, and deal velocity.
