As the Digital Product Manager for Hyatt’s enterprise CMS, you will be responsible for creating and executing the vision and product strategy for our core content management platform. You’ll partner with stakeholders across global digital content operations, marketing, digital and technology teams to deliver scalable tools and services that enable our corporate, regional and hotel colleagues to create, manage, and deliver content efficiently and consistently across all Hyatt digital channels.

Responsibilities include defining and maintaining the vision and roadmap for Hyatt’s enterprise CMS platform.  This includes partnering with our digital content operations team members, regional teams, and cross-functional digital product teams to ensure that content publishing tools meet the evolving business and operational needs.

•    Work closely with digital product design, engineering and QA team leads to prioritize features, enhancements, and bug fixes using agile methodologies.
•    Translate business requirements into clear user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria for development teams.
•    Identify opportunities to improve content workflow automation, localization, metadata management, and content delivery performance.
•    Evaluate and manage integrations between the CMS and other platforms (e.g., DAM, personalization engines, analytics, marketing systems).
•    Partner with UX, analytics, and design teams to optimize authoring and publishing experiences.
•    Define KPIs and success metrics to measure platform performance and adoption.
•    Serve as the subject matter expert for CMS-related topics, mentoring content operations and product peers.
•    Stay current with digital content management trends, tools, and emerging technologies to inform future platform evolution.

Qualifications

Experience Required:  
•    5+ years of digital product management experience, preferably with a focus on enterprise digital platforms (CMS, DAM, etc.)
•    Demonstrated success in defining and delivering enterprise-scale web platforms with complex operational needs.
•    Deep understanding of CMS architectures, APIs, and headless content delivery models.
•    Experience working in agile development environments with cross-functional engineering, design, and QA teams.
•    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience using data to drive decisions.
•    Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; comfortable collaborating across technical and non-technical teams.
•    Experience leading backlog grooming, sprint planning, and stakeholder demos.
•    
Experience Preferred:  
•    Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Digital Media, or a related field.
•    Familiarity with enterprise CMS platforms such as Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
•    Experience in global digital content operations or multi-brand enterprise environments.
•    Professional certifications such as CSPO, PSPO, or Pragmatic Institute Product Management.
•    Background in hospitality, travel, or consumer experience-driven industries a plus.

The salary range for this position is $111,700-$150,000.  This role is also eligible for the Annual Bonus Plan.

The final pay rate/salary offered to the successful candidate will depend on experience, skill level and other qualifications for the role, as well as the location of the performance of work.  Pay for the successful candidate will meet local requirements, including the local minimum wage rate.
