Werden Sie als Territory Sales Manager East-Germany (m/w/d) Teil eines international führenden Unternehmens im Bereich industrieller Luftfiltration und Druckluftaufbereitung.
In dieser Schlüsselrolle betreuen Sie von Ihrem Homeoffice aus unsere Key Accounts und tragen aktiv zum Wachstum unseres Aftermarket-Geschäfts bei. Dabei arbeiten Sie eng mit unserem Inbound-Salesteam in Terrassa (Spanien), funktionsübergreifenden Teams in Leuven (Belgien) sowie regionalen Vertriebs- und Aftermarket-Verantwortlichen zusammen.

Ihre Aufgaben:
Betreuung und Ausbau des Aftermarket-Geschäfts in Ost-Deutschland
Entwicklung und Unterstützung von autorisierten Vertriebspartnern (Distributoren), OEMs und Key Accounts
Regelmäßige Kundenbesuche inkl. mehrtägiger Dienstreisen innerhalb der Region
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Teams in Marketing und Technik in Terrassa (Spanien) und Leuven (Belgien) zur Entwicklung kundenspezifischer Lösungen
Gewinnung neuer Kunden und Pflege langfristiger Kundenbeziehungen
Aktive Mitgestaltung regionaler Vertriebsstrategien im Einklang mit den globalen Teamzielen
Intensive Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Vertriebspartnern zur Förderung ihres Wachstums und Optimierung des Kundenerlebnisses
Minimum Qualifikation:
Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Ingenieurwesen oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit relevanter Praxiserfahrung
Erfahrung im technischen B2B-Vertrieb, idealerweise in einem industriellen Umfeld
Praxiserfahrung im indirekten Vertrieb über Partner und Distributoren
Ausgeprägte Eigenmotivation, schnelle Auffassungsgabe und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
Bevorzugte Qualifikation:
Erfahrung im Aftermarket-Vertrieb von industrieller Luftfiltration, Druckluftaufbereitung oder verwandten Bereichen
Vertrautheit mit kundenindividuellen Anwendungen und beratungsintensiven Verkaufsprozessen
