Responsibilities:As a Lead Upload Management Intern, you will play a key role in maintaining the integrity and efficiency of our marketing data ecosystem. Your primary focus will be on ensuring that all leads generated from events, campaigns, and digital activities are accurately captured, organized, and synchronized across our marketing and sales systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Data Upload and Organization:
Collect and upload event- and campaign-generated leads into our Marketing Automation Platform (HubSpot), ensuring accuracy, completeness, and consistency in all data entries. - CRM Synchronization:
Ensure seamless data integration and syncing between HubSpot and our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system (Salesforce). Monitor for errors, duplicates, and inconsistencies, and take corrective actions where needed. - Data Quality Assurance:
Maintain and improve lead database hygiene by performing regular audits, cleansing outdated or incomplete records, and enforcing standardized data entry practices. - Compliance and Governance:
Support adherence to global data privacy and compliance standards (such as GDPR) by applying proper consent tracking and data-handling protocols during lead uploads. - Reporting and Collaboration:
Work closely with the Marketing Operations and Sales teams to report on upload progress, troubleshoot issues, and optimize lead capture workflows. - Process Optimization:
Identify and suggest improvements to automate or streamline lead upload processes to increase efficiency and reduce manual effort.
- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Data Management, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with CRM or marketing automation tools (Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
- Interest in data analytics and marketing operations.
