Responsibilities:As a Lead Processing Intern, you will help drive the movement of marketing leads through the sales pipeline — ensuring each lead is properly qualified, assigned, and tracked for conversion. You’ll act as the link between Marketing and Sales teams, ensuring that lead data is accurate, actionable, and optimized for business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Qualification:
Review and evaluate incoming leads based on predefined qualification criteria, such as engagement level, company size, or region, to determine readiness for sales engagement. - Lead Assignment:
Route qualified leads to the appropriate sales or business development teams, ensuring alignment with territory, product focus, or target market segments. - Pipeline Management:
Track lead progress through various funnel stages using CRM tools (Salesforce) and Marketing Automation platforms (HubSpot). Maintain visibility on status changes and conversion rates. - Performance Monitoring:
Generate reports and dashboards to measure lead flow efficiency, identify bottlenecks, and assess the quality and responsiveness of assigned leads. - Collaboration with Sales Teams:
Work closely with sellers to ensure follow-up actions are completed, feedback loops are maintained, and insights from lead outcomes are incorporated into marketing strategies. - Process Optimization:
Support continuous improvement of the lead management process by identifying trends, improving data accuracy, and suggesting workflow enhancements.
- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Experience or coursework in CRM systems (Salesforce) is an advantage.
