About the role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Transaction Analyst to join our growing Capital Markets team in Frankfurt or Luxembourg. In this role, you’ll support a team of Transaction Managers overseeing a diverse portfolio of structured finance and securitization transactions. Your responsibilities will span company secretarial duties, administrative support, and key aspects of transaction coordination.
This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, cross-border environment, where precision, regulatory compliance, and client service excellence are essential. You’ll play an integral role in ensuring the smooth execution and ongoing administration of complex financial structures, working closely with international clients and internal stakeholders alike.
Some of the things you'll be doing
- Handle company secretarial duties for special purpose vehicles, including drafting board minutes, filing annual returns, and maintaining legal compliance.
- Prepare and process legal and administrative documents, such as service agreements, fee letters, and KYC forms.
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate records for SPVs and transactions in internal systems.
- Provide high-quality, client-focused service through prompt communication, issue resolution, and professional support.
- Record billable time, manage invoicing data, and support general administrative tasks like post handling and filing.
What technical skills, qualifications, and experience do you need?
- You hold a degree in law, business, economics, or a comparable qualification.
- You bring initial experience or internship exposure in transaction management, corporate services, or a related financial or legal environment.
- You are fluent in English and German, both written and spoken. Additional languages are considered an asset.
- You are highly organized, with excellent time management skills and a strong ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- You have keen attention to detail and take a diligent, conscientious approach to your work.
- You are confident, approachable, and possess excellent communication skills, both with clients and colleagues.
- You thrive in fast-paced, international environments and approach challenges with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
- You are motivated to grow professionally and open to taking on new responsibilities.
- You are a strong team player who contributes positively to team dynamics.
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
