Business Development Coordinator Position Summary: The Business Development Coordinator is responsible for maintaining an accurate pipeline data in Microsoft Dynamics; liaising with the business development team to get updates on opportunities, document and move opportunities through the pipeline in CRM. This position will also cultivate hospital profiles in Microsoft Dynamics; document market intel, ensure current solutions are documented consistently across all regions etc, along with providing support to the business development team with scheduling, follow-up and CRM documentation.

Business Development Capabilities
- Own data integrity in Microsoft Dynamics for the business development team
- Become an expert in OBHGs sales process design, flow and documentation in Microsoft Dynamics
- Regular communication with the business development team to document updates to opportunities, market intel, hospital profiles, contacts, etc.
- Ensure data is documented consistently and accurately across all regions
- Help the business development team maintain pipeline momentum by scheduling meetings, coordinating next steps, sending and following up on DRFs etc.
- Other duties as assigned
Industry Acumen
- Willingness to learn about the OB/GYN service line and gain knowledge about OBHGs services
- Ensure continued personal development by attending company-sponsored training or seminars and classes offered outside of the company

Essential Skills/Credentials/Experience/Education
- 1-3 years of experience support sales team
- Great communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to organize, prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlines
- Ability to manage schedules and data entry tasks with no errors
- Able to work independently
- Highly organized and detail orientated
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics (preferred), Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
