About Us:

Vertical Alliance Group is the parent company of Infinit-i Workforce Solutions — a leading online training and learning management system serving transportation, distribution, and related industries. We’re looking for a driven and confident Account Executive (AE) who thrives on building relationships, uncovering client needs, and closing new business. If you’re passionate about building relationships and motivated by helping organizations streamline safety, compliance, and training — we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and qualify leads through calls, emails, associations, and referrals to build a strong, consistent pipeline.
  • Conduct engaging online demos of the Infinit-i platform to decision-makers (Safety Directors, HR, and Executives).
  • Develop customized sales strategies that align Infinit-i’s solutions to each client’s business needs.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals with professionalism and precision.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Client Success, and CSRs) to ensure seamless client handoff and onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records of all sales activities and opportunities within Salesforce.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly performance goals tied to demos, trials, and revenue growth.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably SaaS, transportation, logistics, or training services.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills — confident with executives and decision-makers.
  • Strong organization and time management, with the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
  • Competitive drive with a passion for helping clients improve operations and safety outcomes.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and virtual meeting tools (Zoom, Teams, etc.).
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a strong plus.
  • Sports Background is a plus
