THE JOB:

As a Print Production Analyst with MGM Resorts International, you’ll bring creative projects to life from concept through completion. This role oversees the end-to-end print and signage production process—ensuring quality, consistency, and brand alignment across all deliverables. You’ll collaborate closely with internal partners and external vendors to deliver high-quality work on time and within budget, helping shape the visual experience of our world-class resorts.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Manage the full production process creative projects, from planning to final delivery.

• Coordinate with design teams and on-property stakeholders to understand project needs and provide progress updates.

• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors for pricing, materials, and timelines, maintaining strong working relationships and performing on-site checks.

• Monitor project budgets, prepare cost estimates, and ensure all work is completed within approved financial parameters.

• Implement and maintain quality control procedures, ensuring proofing accuracy, color consistency, and adherence to brand standards.

• Stay current on print, signage, and production trends to recommend creative and cost-effective solutions.

• Provide problem-solving expertise on all aspects of print and signage production.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional print industry experience.

• 5+ years of experience in the offset printing and/or signage industry.

• Strong understanding of print terminology, production techniques, and vendor management.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and familiarity with project management tools.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
