Join us as a Senior Manager, Operations and Implementation, where you’ll lead the launch of new Fulfillment Centers and drive transformative initiatives across our supply chain. What you'll do...
Lead end-to-end planning and execution of new Fulfillment Center launches
Partner with engineering, operations, HR, IT, and finance to ensure operational readiness
Present launch progress and recommendations to Senior Leadership
Develop training and onboarding for new leaders
Drive process standardization and continuous improvement
Up to 75% Travel Required
What you’ll bring:
5+ years’ experience in supply chain, operations, or program management
Proven success launching large-scale facilities or programs
Strong executive communication and presentation skills
Expertise in cross-functional project leadership and analytics
Bachelor’s degree (advanced degree preferred)

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Minimum QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field and 4 years’ experience in logistics, distribution, transportation, or related
area OR 6 years’ experience in logistics, distribution, transportation, or related area.
2 years’ experience with advanced functionality of Microsoft Office.
