We manage complex logistics, foster strong partnerships, and innovate to support store and merchant needs. As a Senior Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping our offshore delivery strategy and supporting business growth in dynamic markets.

Lead the future of Walmart’s offshore supply chain as a Senior Manager in Wasilla, AK. This is a unique opportunity to drive strategic transportation solutions, optimize delivery programs, and make a direct impact on store operations across Alaska and beyond. Full relocation package available.

What you'll do...

• Oversee daily operations for third-party logistics, ocean, air, and barge carriers
• Manage profit & loss for ocean container and consolidation programs
• Lead cross-functional collaboration to optimize transportation costs and processes
• Direct reverse logistics and asset distribution for stores and vendors
• Develop and implement value-added processes for offshore market growth

What You’ll Bring

• 4+ years’ experience in transportation or supply chain management
• Proven expertise in managing carrier relationships and contract negotiations
• Strong analytical skills for cost control and process optimization
• Experience with profit & loss management and freight factor analysis
• Ability to lead teams and influence cross-functional stakeholders

The annual salary range for this position is $124,800.00 - $187,200.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
