Has an understanding of risk and Finance processes (we'll help you grow!).
Is curious, analytical, and eager to learn.
Communicates clearly and works well with others.
Is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling tasks.
Knows their way around Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with tools like Power BI or Alteryx is a bonus.
