Leavitt Select Insurance a Leavitt affilate in Salt Lake City, UT is seeking a proactive and organized Sales Operations Coordinator to support their agency’s sales operations and producer team. This role is essential to maintaining momentum in sales activities, ensuring accountability, and driving growth through strategic coordination and support. The ideal candidate is energetic, outgoing, detail-oriented, and thrives in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Operations & Coordination

· Manage and maintain sales schedules including 1-on-1s, monthly sales meetings, and middle market meetings.

· Prepare and distribute monthly CRM-based reports for management and producer reviews.

· Analyze producer performance data and identify trends to support strategic decision-making.

· Generate presentation materials and slides for monthly producer meetings.

· Track action items and key takeaways during meetings and ensure timely distribution.

· Track progress on assigned tasks and follow up to ensure accountability and completion.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

· Coordinate with the Employee Benefits team to identify and pursue cross-selling opportunities at events such as trade shows and golf tournaments.

· Partner with the Marketing Director to assist in the creation of new business proposals and promotional materials.

· Support internal communication and alignment between sales, marketing, and benefits teams.

Qualifications & Desired Traits:

· Energetic and outgoing personality with a passion for supporting sales teams.

· Prior experience in sales or insurance preferred, but not required.

· Strong organizational and analytical skills and attention to detail.

· Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate timelines effectively.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or industry-specific systems).

· Self-starter with a collaborative mindset and a commitment to follow-through.
