Summary:
In this role, you will lead Vizient’s enterprise creative strategy, setting and executing the vision that defines how the brand is expressed across all touchpoints. You will oversee a multidisciplinary creative team responsible for delivering unified, high-impact design and messaging across digital, print, video, experiential, and event channels. You will combine creative excellence with operational rigor to scale creative delivery, ensure consistency across brand expressions, and inspire engagement throughout the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the Vizient Studio, integrating internal, agency, and AI resources to deliver agile, high-impact creative solutions.
- Drive the creative development and execution of concept-driven campaigns and visual narratives that elevate the brand.
- Manage a multi-year, multi-brand integration strategy for the enterprise.
- Oversee brand governance, including visual identity systems, content strategy, and evolution of Vizient’s brand architecture.
- Partner with Business Unit Marketing, Events, and Revenue Operations to connect brand storytelling to measurable business outcomes.
- Guide brand transitions, ensuring alignment with enterprise strategy and design systems.
- Direct the creative process from concept to completion for all marketing and brand initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to brand guidelines and voice across all channels and teams.
- Oversee cohesive visual identities and branded environments for flagship events, tradeshows, and executive summits.
- Foster a culture of creative excellence, innovation, and collaboration across the enterprise.
Qualifications:
- Relevant degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree strongly preferred.
- 10 or more years of progressive experience within a marketing environment required.
- Deep understanding of the creative process across digital, print, video, social, events, and environmental design.
- Expertise in brand strategy, visual design, and creative direction across multiple channels.
- Proven success building and leading high-performing, cross-functional creative teams.
- Strong collaboration and influence skills with leadership and cross-functional partners.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Data-driven mindset with proficiency in marketing analytics and performance optimization.
- Familiarity with marketing technologies (CRM, MAPs, digital tools) to support client engagement.
- Excellent communication and executive presence.
- Willingness to travel.
Estimated Hiring Range:
At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $156,500.00 to $290,100.00.This position is also incentive eligible.
