Sale Support Specialist:

The Sales Support Specialist plays a vital role in supporting Evolv’s nationwide sales network. This role serves as a bridge between Sales, Operations, and Deployment, ensuring our representatives have the tools, training, and information they need to succeed.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about helping others — someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys collaborating with both internal teams and external partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct CRM training for new representatives; provide ongoing CRM support.
  • Serve as a mentor, trainer, and point of contact for sales representatives.
  • Collaborate with programmers on CRM enhancement suggestions and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Assist in onboarding new sales groups, partners, and representatives.
  • Support reps by reviewing merchant contracts for accuracy and compliance (pricing, product, processor, KYC).
  • Track pending applications and assist with follow-ups to ensure timely approval.
  • Analyze merchant statements and prepare competitive proposals alongside sales reps.
  • Manage CRM tickets, ensuring timely updates and resolution within SLA (24 hours).
  • Assist in communicating product updates, end-of-life devices, mass changes and training attendance summaries to the sales field.
  • Work with Marketing, Operational and Deployment teams to ensure smooth rollouts of new products, campaigns, and updates.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all merchant and company information.
  • Participate in Evolv University and professional development initiatives, including each Tuesday/Thursday training huddle call, assist Lead Sales Support Specialist when inquired on
  • Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
  • Meet with vendors and processors when necessary
  • Report rep wins and shortcomings to their direct manager and offer routes for improvement
  • Update stored documents to maintain relevancy in our online training tool and within our CRM
  • Conduct monthly internal application review with the sales force to ensure correct submission upfront to deter pends in underwriting
  • Assist in the Sales Support phone line as the primary point of contact
  • Assist in the Sales Support shared inbox alongside your personal email inbox to ensure timely response
  • Perform and track the success of merchant proposals requested by the rep through Sales Support

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience with CRM platforms (understanding their purpose and best practices).

Requirements:

  • High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Must pass a background check.
