Job Description:- Location: Domino’s World Resource Center; 30 Frank Lloyd Wright Dr, Ann Arbor, MI 48105 (Remote Friday)

- Job Posting Salary: Compensation is up to $82K, depending on experience and qualifications.
This role serves as a subject matter expert in product and store innovation, providing programmatic leadership for the operations training strategy across the Domino’s U.S. system. The position plays a critical role in supporting cross-functional strategic initiatives that vary in complexity, risk, and impact.
- Act as the go-to expert on product and store innovation, ensuring training strategies align with evolving operational needs and innovation priorities.
- Lead the design, development, and delivery of training programs that support new product rollouts, store innovations, and operational enhancements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate innovative initiatives into scalable training solutions that drive adoption and performance.
- Project manage training initiatives from concept through execution, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.
- Continuously evaluate training effectiveness, using data and feedback to refine content and delivery methods.
- Provide strategic change management support to store operations and field teams, helping them navigate and implement innovation-driven changes.
Main responsibilities
(40%) Deliver training for strategic operations initiatives while creating iterative improvements to training materials, plan, and modules
- Educate, advise, and influence franchisee leadership teams to adopt and execute Domino’s approved product standards and training systems
- Partner with Consultants and Franchisees to identify training needs, then work with franchisees and their leadership to execute training systems within their organization
- Be an SME for various Operations Initiatives through their handoff to Franchisee Trainers
- Promote Domino’s Operations systems with Franchisees and DCOs
- Provide resources and best practices to franchise organizations that have been identified as needing additional training support
(35%) Serve as Subject Matter Expert for assigned product rollouts and initiatives to include partnering with internal teams to create both execution plans training resources
- Be the SME for assigned programs by quickly becoming proficient and staying current on any updates by traveling to pilot markets, attending program initiative update calls, communicating with pilot organizations to gain feedback
- Partner with Ops Services, Operations Innovations, and other cross-functional teams on Strategic Operations training initiatives, then provide guidance and support to the Consultants and Franchisees
- Partner with cross-functional teams to develop resources and training plans for programs at the pilot phase, and for GA phase related to assigned programs
- Create and host training webinars when needed in support of assigned program rollouts and/or initiatives
- Execute training to corporate field teams and franchise owners during new product rollouts, new standard procedures, and new software platforms, new technologies related to initiatives
(15%) Provide ongoing Regional or DMA training support as requested by Region Leadership
- Support the execution of all Domino’s national initiatives in assigned Region
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned Region for all things related to training
- Work with Region Leadership related to DMA training support requests for Rallies, DMA initiatives and training focus needs to provide the appropriate level of support
- Act as the liaison for the Field Ops Team assigned Region to provide feedback to the WRC on training needs to help improve store operations and performance.
- Bachelor's degree in Education or Business or 5+ years’ experience in store operations training (QSR, food service, team member product training) or equivalent
- Strategic thinker with excellent analytical skills
- Strong platform skills and ability to tailor message to audience
- Strong presentation skills to large audiences
- Professional demeanor
- Appropriate level of computer and technology skills. (Microsoft office, PowerPoint)
- Strong communicator with ability to build relationships & influence at all levels of the organization.
- Self-motivated and high degree of organization and bias towards action
- Strong project management skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Collaborative and innovative mindset with drive to continually learn and improve
- Able to travel at least 50% of the year
- Must be willing to be based in Ann Arbor, MI
