Our Debit Card/ATM Representative assists with various tasks and services in the daily operations functions to obtain a high degree of accuracy in daily processes; assumes responsibilities for various projects and other related duties as assigned or directed; assists in developing effective and efficient processes to maximize resources; participates in ongoing training and education of all rules, regulations and guidance pertaining to the bank’s Deposit Operations requirements; cooperates with, participates in, and supports the adherence to all internal policies, procedures, and practices in support of risk management and overall safety and soundness and the Bank's compliance with all regulatory requirements; assists in the development of written policies and procedures to ensure consistency in processes, assist with maintenance and compliance of DR/Cope procedures and are responsible for complying with the Deposit Operations Hybrid Schedule if a remote work environment is an option.
Essential Duties:
- Provides telephone and email support for customers and branch staff as needed.
- Provides direct service to the customer as appropriate.
- Utilizes full range of Bank products and services to effectively maximize the Bank’s relationship with customers; maintains current knowledge of new products, identifies product needs of customer to build relationships.
- Strives to achieve excellent customer service, team work and participate in creating a positive and supportive work environment and company culture.
- Processes, Balances and maintains Debit Card maintenance and orders, Debit Card transactions, reports, and program initiatives. maintains Debit Card and ATM card portfolio
- Responsible for banks ATM/remote ATM fleet maintenance, cash vaults and orders, Performs ATM back office maintenance coordination/settlement, balances transactions, responsible for ATM compliance, and ATM troubleshooting.
- Preforms various duties to support the banks digital wallet service.
- Preforms various duties to support and maintain the Bank’s Fraud management and card Compromised programs. Manages the My Card Rules program.
- Processes and maintains Debit Card and ATM card transactional disputes. Responsible for ongoing educations, understanding and complying with Reg E, MasterCard and all other rules and guidance pertaining to the debit card program.
- Preforms and maintains debit card Instant Issue monitoring reports and balancing. Maintains instant issue machines and card stock.

Requirements
Education/Training: A High school diploma or equivalent required with specialized bank operations training/education preferred.
Skill(s): Must demonstrate good interpersonal relations and communicative skills; good mathematical skills; good time managements skills; moderate problem solving, analytical and project management skills; moderate PC skills; moderate technical skills including Microsoft Office Excel, Word, One Note and PowerPoint.
Experience: A minimum of one (1) year of related experience normally required.
