Job Description
SCM will lead and manage a team of Supply Chain professionals at various experience levels including but not limited to Manufacturing Production Control, Supply Chain Planning, Master Production Scheduling, and other Supply Chain Managers for assigned programs. Develop and maintain professional and dependable relationships with both internal and external customers. The Supply Chain Manager is an escalation point and may facilitate coordination with other supply chain functions such as Procurement, Subcontracts, Logistics, etc.
SCM will assist in planning, developing, and executing corporate training and organizational development plan for Supply Chain personnel. Other people manager responsibilities include but are not limited to: assessing staffing levels, hiring, terminating, coaching, disciplining and leading a diverse set of employees. The Supply Chain Manager II will also provide mentorship to other people managers under their responsibility.
The SCM II will lead, develop, and implement supply chain strategies for the programs, product lines, and function. This candidate will network with management and team members across the enterprise to drive success.

- Create presentation materials and give presentations to leadership team, production team, and customers
- Ability to forge positive relationships and communicate effectively with all levels of management and with all departments.

- Proven experience building/managing a Supply Chain organization with a strong leadership track record and thorough understanding of Operations practices (Sales & Operation Planning).
- Higher level education completed or in process.
- APICS or ISM certified
- Ability to implement Lean & Six Sigma process improvements
- Willingness and desire for continuous improvement, showing initiative by undertaking self-development activities, seeking increased responsibilities, and taking advantage of learning opportunities
- Well versed with Oracle ERP system
- Experience in a large, complex multifaceted electronics design & manufacturing environment
