What You’ll Do
- Lead and coordinate a team of technicians to deliver timely, high-quality service support.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess and improve service efficiency.
- Manage costs and resources to ensure the profitability of the after-sales business.
- Coach and develop your team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professionalism aligned with Nilfisk’s values.
- Resolve customer issues swiftly and effectively, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver seamless service and an exceptional customer experience.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide technical teams.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and advanced data analytics capabilities.
- Educational background in Engineering or a related field, with hands-on experience in industrial machinery.
- Native Portuguese speaker with fluent English communication skills.
- Experience with ServiceMax or similar CRM platforms is a plus.
- Familiarity with SAP at a user level is an advantage.
