KEY PURPOSE OF THE JOB (POSITION SUMMARY)
The key purpose of the job is to create a variety of training content that includes product content, self learning content, soft-skills content etc. for all internal and external stakeholders.
KEY RESULT AREAS
1 To create technical training modules for all Hafele products for employee and customer trainings
2 To create self-learning courses for the LMS in accordance with the plan/requirement.
3 To create Soft skill, Learning & Development and HR training modules for employee trainings
KEY FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES

STRATEGIC
1. To be updated with latest learning tools and techniques
2. To be updated with product trends (our industry specific), supplier information and product
technicalities
3. To relate to internal stakeholders to understand their requirements and formulate a plan
OPERATIONAL
1. To create and release training modules as per the plan requirement
2. To create and release self-learning courses for Hafele employees
OPERATIONAL Cont..
DEVELOPMENTAL
1. To collate feedback on the work completed and ideate on improvements of the work done
2. To learn new tools for upscaling the current work (new presentation techniques, new learning tools
etc.)

ROLE REQUIREMENT
1 ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATION Graduation / Post Graduation / MBA
2 PREFERRED QUALIFICATION Instructional Designing
3 CERTIFICATIONS (IF ANY) Content Writing & Designing
4 EXPERIENCE 4 – 6 years
5 AGE 25 above preferably
6 ADDITIONAL SKILLS:
Microsoft Office (must know: PowerPoint and Word)
E-learning tools (iSpring Suit, Articulate)
Photoshop
Storyboarding skills
