Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated Equestrian Center Facility Attendant to care for our resort horses and maintain the Equestrian Center facility and grounds. This is a year-round position. At this time, we are not hiring seasonal staff. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Daily care of the resort herd: grooming, stable chores, field cleaning, and facility upkeep.
• Ensuring safety and practicing safe habits.
• Performing tasks like stacking hay, fence repair, and arena dragging.
• Interacting with guests at the Equestrian Center.
• Attending hospitality and luxury standards training classes.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Minimum of five years of professional equestrian experience.
• Gentle horse handling techniques and horsemanship skills.
• Valid Driver’s License required; First aid and CPR certifications are a plus.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, and lift up to 100 pounds.
• Must be physically fit for various weather conditions.
