Work Location: Chandler, AZ
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. (on-site) Some after-hours calls may be required.
Compensation: $70,000–$80,000 annually, plus bonus
Travel: Up to 10%

Key Responsibilities of a Customer Account Manager
Serve as the main point of contact for assigned customers across all service lines
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships through consistent communication and responsiveness
Handle and resolve customer inquiries, issues, and escalations promptly and professionally
Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews to assess satisfaction and identify evolving needs
Identify opportunities to expand service utilization and increase revenue within existing accounts
Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized client solutions and present new offerings
Develop and distribute performance and activity reports for clients and leadership
Monitor key service metrics (on-time performance, response times, quality indicators)
Maintain accurate client information, interactions, and documentation within the Trinity CRM system
Partner with Operations, TOPS, Keystone Recovery, and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
Support leadership in implementing strategies for client retention and satisfaction
Qualifications & Skills of a Customer Account Manager
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field required
3–5 years of experience in account management, client services, or operations—preferably in logistics, healthcare, or aviation coordination
Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or equivalent)
Strong analytical, reporting, and data management skills
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities
Proficient in Excel and data visualization/reporting tools
Proven ability to identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities
Professional, adaptable, and committed to confidentiality
