The Les Mills Trainer, Assessor, and Presenter (TAP) Teamand the Instructor team are at the heart of our business and are crucial to thesustained growth of our brand and as part of this team you want to deliverlife-changing Instructor experiences across a range of touchpoints, drivingInstructor growth, engagement and quality.

You are excited to collaborate with fellow specialists,Program Specialists, and Instructors. And ensure we provide a clear and consistent assessment process,enhancing the overall instructor experience at Certification and for GradeReviews.

You are an inspirational leader who facilitates quality,standardized assessments, aligning with the LMUS Head Trainer, and the TAPAssessor Team Lead.

You embodythe Les Mills brand and inspire others through their passion and expertise.

Your Typical Day Sees You

- Provide high-quality experience to Instructors, Partners, and Prospects across the US
- The instructor team receives high (and continuously improving) internal and external feedback scores based on surveys of various events and touchpoints
- Deliver consistent best-in-class Instructor training as reflected in certification rates and engagement scores
- Guide all Instructors in their learning and development, ensuring they are experts in the Instructor journey and can effectively communicate the assessment process, the development form and Les Mills qualifications
- Actively engaged on social media, contributing to brand recognition
- Les Mills Training, Events, and Education is perceived and understood to be the best within the fitness industry, representing the ‘Gold Standard’ of instructor training, assessment, and development
- Les Mills US has regular Presenters on filming and LMI Ambassadors within the team
- Attend regular team calls to bring the voice of the market and disseminate relevant information to the team.
- Develop team cohesiveness by promoting and upholding an inclusive and diverse work environment that enables everyone to be their most authentic self.
- Embrace and deliver impact in an evolving environment.
- Flexibility to do and develop a variety of tasks as requested and work to deliver our client needs.
- Display a growth mindset, embrace feedback and apply it to continually evolve and adapt.

- Excited to succeed through the success of others
- Ability to train, assess, and coach Instructors in a positive, constructive, and consistent manner to empower our Instructor team to continually develop their knowledge and skills and be Les Mills brand ambassadors
- In-depth knowledge of Les Mills’ products and how they all play into the wider Les Mills business and goals
- A specialist in at least three programs, with a minimum level 6.5 in Les Mills qualifications
- Ability to commit to training at least once per month
- Attend monthly team calls and various standardization days
- Strong written communication skills
- Aligns with and reflects the Les Mills Qualifications standards
- Delivers world-class Training, Educational experiences, and Master Classes
- Ensures consistency in training delivery, assessment, and presentation
- Energized by relationships and customer-facing activity
- Dynamic, innovative, embraces change, and able to deliver in an evolving environment
- Remains calm under pressure
- Self-motivated, flexible, and resilient
- Extensive administration experience and skills; excellent attention to detail
- Clear, consistent, and transparent communicator
- Able to motivate and inspire a remote team, keeping them connected and aligned to the Les Mills Values and Purpose
- Flexibility to do and develop in a variety of tasks as requested and work to deliver our client needs
- Presentation skills, both for individuals and groups
- Displays a growth mindset, embraces feedback, and applies it to continually evolve and adapt

You Have Already Got

- Level 6.5 or higher in Les Mills Qualifications - upload your certification 
- Certified and active on autoship in four (4) or more of the below programs:
BODYPUMP, BODYBALANCE, BODYATTACK, BODYJAM, BODYCOMBAT, LES MILLS CORE and/or LES MILLS GRIT
