Position Purpose
Flexcraft is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Account Coordinator to support our inside sales function. This role is critical in maintaining customer satisfaction through timely and accurate order processing, communication, and coordination across departments. You’ll be the key liaison between our customers and internal teams, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional service.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Process customer purchase orders and acknowledgments.
- Provide accurate order status updates and delivery information.
- Manage sales quotations and pricing updates.
- Document and resolve customer complaints; issue RMAs.
- Coordinate with production to ensure timely fulfillment.
- Conduct regular customer wellness checks and follow-up actions.
- Maintain ERP and CRM systems with accurate customer data.
- Support Finance with invoice follow-ups and cross-training.
- Assist Sales & Marketing with samples and promotional materials.
- Handle inbound inquiries and proactively improve service levels.
- Travel as needed to support and grow assigned accounts.
- Perform general office administration tasks as needed.
Education, Skills, and Qualifications
- Associate’s Degree in business or related field preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of customer service experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Windows.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Professional phone manner and internal communication skills.
- Strong follow-up and task management capabilities.
