Quote Specalist

Conco Services LLC is looking for an Industrial Quote Specialist for our Gonzales, LA Location.

Position Summary
Supports all aspects of Conco sales, specifically within our Power Generation Division. This position works directly with the Senior Account Managers and Inside Sales as well as Industrial Customers. This position is responsible to ensure compliance for our client requests for quotes and processing of all orders. 


Essential Functions and Responsibilities
• Produce job estimates/proposals per the direction of the Sales team.
• Enter customer and job-related data into NetSuite software systems.
• Generate weekly Snapshot report.
• Direct weekly Divisional conference call.
• Maintain Sales team scorecards.
• Maintain weekly Financial Change Report.
• Communicate daily with SAM’s and Inside Sales.
• Provide account management support to Sales team, customers, and internal department.


Skills
• Exceptional attention to detail; ability to multi-task and ability to enter data accurately into databases.
• Microsoft Office, NetSuite software systems.
• Administrative and clerical procedures such as filing and records management.
• Ability to be self-motivated and work independently while maintaining the ability to be a team player.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to establish constructive and cooperative working relationships with others.

Experience & Education
• High School Diploma (or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate) required, additional business education in Sales 
preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office with a strong emphasis on MS Office, Dynamics CRM and Great Plains software exceptional excel 
skills a must.
• Equivalent combination of experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities.
• Must be authorized to work within the United States.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to use a keyboard/type, mouse, and various office equipment (such as printers, phones, and fax machines) to complete assigned duties.

  • Sufficient hearing to engage in conversations and participate in phone calls and meetings.
  • Occasionally lift and carry files or office supplies up to 25 pounds.
  • Occasional walking, standing, and bending to perform tasks, access files, or attend meetings.
  • Ability to work in a typical office setting with moderate noise levels, varying temperatures, and exposure to computers.
