About the Coed Program
The Coed Substance Use Disorder program aims to help adults with a substance use or co-occurring disorder in an outpatient or residential setting. Through medication assisted treatment, paired with individualized therapy, group education, and case management, the Coed Substance Use Disorder program offers a well rounded holistic approach to client's needs.
What You'll Do
- Direct supervisory responsibilities including supervision of assigned department staff based upon the needs of the department. This includes ongoing follow-up, coaching and professional development as required.
- Coordinates the scheduling of our twenty-four (24) hour residential sites to ensure shift coverage; including working scheduled shifts that do not have coverage
- Actively participates in the assigned employees’ lifecycle, including the hiring, on-boarding, training and all other functions to foster and support employee success with ReDiscover.
- Follows all the direct care guidelines and agency policies
- Demonstrate culturally competent respect for all clients, guests and staff through verbal and non-verbal behaviors and assists them as needed.
- Safeguards Protected Health Information (written and electronically) and maintains confidentiality. This may include providing written documentation, scanning and/or uploading records into the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system. This may also include requesting and/or releasing client information or medical records.
Requirements of the Position
- Availability to work a full-time schedule (40 hours a week) 7:00-3:30, M-F
- High School Diploma or GED
- Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work or Counseling preferred
- At least two (2) years experience in direct service provision in a mental health setting.
- Excellent customer service skills with a recovery focus.
- Strong written, oral and interpersonal communication skills.
- Intermediate computer skills in typing/keyboarding, Microsoft Word and Excel programs as well as GSuite.
