Role Mission: As a Leasing Consultant, your job is to convert leads to tours and tours to leases at an acceptable ratio. As an exceptional communicator, you are responsible for managing the customer relationship from the first time they make contact with us, until the tenant’s lease begins. In doing so, you will provide great customer service, be an expert on our products and communities, while upholding our Rhodes Core Values. You will have an exciting opportunity to support the accomplishment of our organizational purpose to create beautifully engaging communities while supporting a dynamic and high-performing team.

Accountabilities:
Manage Leads, Tours, Leases using our CRM:
- Effectively use our CRM to input data gathered, detail tour notes, and track metrics
- Manage a list of prospective leads through the sales funnel using our CRM
- Convert leads to tours at an acceptable ratio
- Convert tours to leases at an acceptable ratio
- Provide proper information to prospective customers, answer questions, and overcome objections
- Effectively communicate with our Marketing and Production teams regarding items relevant to the customer relationship
Effectively Manage Customers Through the Leasing Process:
- Have a broad understanding of the lease agreement and be able to detail the Leasing Process to the customer
- Effectively manage the customer’s timeline from first appointment through move in date
- Assist in graduating customers from leasing tenants to homebuyers/homeowners
Demonstrate Homes, Features, and Communities:
- Have a broad understanding of every home in your community
- Understand and detail our Included Features for each home and neighborhood
- Understand and detail the special assessments in each neighborhood
- Give an effective and informative community tour that is exciting and engaging
- Detail and demonstrate the energy efficiency and technology benefits of an Esperanza Home
Manage Data Reporting for Yourself and Your Community:
- Track metrics relative to your performance versus weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual goals
- Track your performance weekly versus your goals, peers, and historical data
- Understand and report on these metrics to your manager in weekly one-on-one check-in meetings and team meetings
Model Home, Inventory, and Community Maintenance:
- Manage the cleanliness and appearance of your model home(s) and sales center(s)
- Conduct weekly audits of the model home and ensure everything is to our standards
- Conduct weekly audits of inventory homes to maintain cleanliness, landscaping, and signage
- Conduct weekly audits of the community to ensure signage, streets, landscaping, and amenities are maintained
- Manage model home supplies: i.e. marketing material, pantry items, and beverages for customers

Qualifications, Knowledge and Skills:
- 4 Year Degree or sales experience (1+ year)
- Strong follow up skills

FLSA Status:
This position is considered an exempt position for purposes of wage-hour law, which means you be paid an annual salary and not be eligible for overtime.
