JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a Marketing Specialist who thrives at the intersection of creativity, strategy, and analytics. This role will drive visibility and enrollment for NY Preschool & Kids Club through impactful digital marketing campaigns, engaging content storytelling, and community-driven outreach.

The ideal candidate is a data-driven marketer who loves testing and optimizing campaigns, stays current on digital trends, and brings a fresh creative energy to how we tell our story.

This is a full-time, hybrid role requiring regular in-person collaboration across our NYC school locations.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Digital Marketing & Paid Media

  • Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads, Meta, and other paid digital campaigns to drive enrollment and brand awareness.
  • Track and analyze KPIs (CPC, CTR, ROAS, conversion rates) to continuously improve ad performance and return on spend.
  • Collaborate with creative and operations teams to ensure campaign alignment with enrollment goals.

Social Media & Content Creation

  • Manage and grow NY Preschool & Kids Club’s organic social media presence across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and emerging platforms.
  • Develop high-quality, on-brand content (graphics, video, copy) that highlights our community, classes, and joyful experiences.
  • Partner with on-site teams to capture authentic classroom moments and family stories that bring the brand to life.

Email Marketing & CRM

  • Create and deploy email marketing campaigns (HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar) that engage families and convert leads.
  • Build and maintain audience segmentation and automation workflows to improve open rates and conversions.
  • Analyze performance data to inform messaging and timing strategies.

Creative & Collateral Support

  • Design and update print and digital materials (flyers, signage, digital banners, etc.) in Canva or Adobe tools.
  • Collaborate on seasonal campaign launches, promotions, and events.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all digital and physical touchpoints.

Community & Partnerships

  • Support local school-level marketing through on-the-ground initiatives, family events, and partnerships with local businesses and media outlets.
  • Identify creative cross-promotional opportunities that elevate the brand and reach new audiences.

Requirements

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2–4 years of digital marketing experience, preferably in consumer, family, or education-based industries.
  • Strong understanding of paid social, search engine marketing, and analytics tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, etc.).
  • Experience with email marketing platforms and CRM tools.
  • Proficiency in Canva, and familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite a plus.
  • Excellent copywriting and content creation skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate insights into action.
  • Creative thinker who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Passion for storytelling, community engagement, and enriching childhood experiences.
  • Experience working with children or family-centered programs is a plus.
Salary Description
$65,000-$75,000
