About the Role

Jumpmind is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to own the day-to-day management of our website, social media channels, and digital campaigns.

Responsibilities

Website Management

  • Maintain and update website content using WordPress

  • Collaborate with design and product teams to launch new pages, optimize layouts, and ensure brand consistency

  • Monitor site performance, SEO, and analytics to identify areas for improvement

  • Manage integrations with analytics, lead capture, and marketing automation tools

Digital Marketing & Advertising

  • Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid digital campaigns to generate leads and increase visibility

  • Manage email marketing initiatives including list segmentation, campaign creation, and performance tracking

  • Support the development of landing pages, campaign assets, and A/B testing to improve conversion rates

  • Track KPIs and provide regular reports on campaign performance and ROI

Social Media & Content

  • Develop and schedule posts across LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube

  • Work with design and content to create engaging social media schedules that highlights product features, customer success, industry recognition, and event participation

  • Monitor engagement and respond to comments/messages in a timely, professional manner

  • Analyze social media metrics and adjust strategy based on insights

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with marketing, sales, and design teams to align messaging and campaigns

  • Partner with external vendors or agencies when needed to support paid campaigns or specialized projects

  • Assist with blog posts, digital assets, and other content to support broader marketing initiatives

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, website management, and social media

  • Proficiency with WordPress, SEO best practices, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tag Manager)

  • Experience managing Google AdsLinkedIn Ads, and email marketing platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar)
