✅ What You Bring:
- Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in industrial automation or software engineering.
- Proficiency in PLC programming (ladder logic, structured text) with platforms like Beckhoff, Siemens, Allen Bradley, etc.
- Hands-on experience with HMI development and automation networks.
- Strong grasp of electrical systems, sensors, and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with communication protocols (OPC/UA, MQTT, Ethernet/IP).
- A collaborative spirit, strong problem-solving skills, and a drive to innovate.
- Willingness to travel up to 30%—domestic and international.

- Experience with robotics and ROS.
- Knowledge of C/C++, Python, or other high-level languages.
- Familiarity with Agile development and commissioning processes.
