• Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in industrial automation or software engineering.
• Proficiency in PLC programming (ladder logic, structured text) with platforms like Beckhoff, Siemens, Allen Bradley, etc.
• Hands-on experience with HMI development and automation networks.
• Strong grasp of electrical systems, sensors, and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with communication protocols (OPC/UA, MQTT, Ethernet/IP).
• A collaborative spirit, strong problem-solving skills, and a drive to innovate.
• Willingness to travel up to 30%—domestic and international.

• Experience with robotics and ROS.
• Knowledge of C/C++, Python, or other high-level languages.
