What You’ll Do
Lead, mentor, and support an exceptional team of RNs, LPNs, and CNAs
Foster a culture of compassion, collaboration, and accountability
Drive quality and safety initiatives that enhance the resident experience
Ensure compliance with DOH standards and best practices in nursing care
Recruit, develop, and empower nursing staff through education and performance coaching
Use evidence-based practices to innovate and improve care delivery
What We’re Looking For
Education: Graduate from an accredited RN program (BSN or MSN preferred)
Experience: 2+ years of nursing or long-term care experience (leadership experience preferred)
License: Current NYS RN license
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Passion for teamwork, staff development, and resident-centered care
Preferred Skills
Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Familiarity with Meditech and other healthcare management systems

Schedule: Full-time leadership position
Salary based on management experience: $89,000-$105,000.00
