As a Security Officer – Response, your role will vary depending on the day and special event. Whether it’s customer service, patrols, or surveillance, we need you to adapt with agility and precision.

Responsibilities for Response Armed Security Ambassador:
- Provide excellent customer service as a top priority while ensuring safety and professionalism at all times.
- Serve as a visible deterrent to potential threats, preventing theft, vandalism, and other unsafe activity.
- Monitor and patrol assigned premises to maintain order and detect suspicious activity.
- Control access points, verify credentials, and maintain accurate visitor logs.
- Respond rapidly to alarms, emergencies, and critical situations with sound judgment and professionalism.
- Enforce client policies, procedures, and regulations consistently and respectfully.
- Present a professional image that reflects the values and high standards of GardaWorld when interacting with clients and the public.
- Assist with traffic control during daytime hours by issuing warnings or tickets as needed to preserve safety and normal flow.
- Collaborate with local authorities during incidents requiring escalation or external response.
- Document and report all events, incidents, and observations clearly and accurately.
- Provide CPR and First Aid assistance when necessary.
- Utilize body-worn cameras in compliance with GardaWorld and client protocols.
- Work as a team player, supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive and secure environment.
Qualifications for Response Armed Security Ambassador:
- Be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
- You are at least 21 years of age
- You have a PILB
- You have a CPR, AED
- You have a drivers license and clean motor vehicle record
- You have a minimum of one year armed experience
- You have minimum two years experience working in a high end HOA
- Be able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
- Ability to think quickly and adapt to changing situations
- Responsive and strong problem solving skills
- If you have Military, Law Enforcement experience – even better!
