Role Summary

The Sales Operations Analyst I will support the Electrify Commercial B2B sales team with all revenue recognition activities and generate and maintain several commercial reports. The Sales Operations Analyst I will collaborate with account managers and accounting to ensure that the correct project revenue is recognized as per revenue milestones and KPI targets.

The successful candidate will also have demonstrated experience with managing systems and CRM tools such as Salesforce. The Analyst I will be the point of contact for any system access and ticket submissions.

Role Responsibilities

CRM Systems (e.g., Salesforce) – 65% of time

  • Through internal coordination with management, develop and maintain requirements for CRM system functionality, reporting, and dashboards.
  • Centered around KPIs, develop automate reports and insight dashboards to drive visibility and insights into the overall sales process
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy
  • Collaborate to tract workflow development tickets and overall progress
  • Collaborate with Marketing colleagues for lead tracking

Billing System/Process Support 35% of time

  • Support client-facing report development/upkeep. Create standardized processes and templates for scalability.
  • Support internal financial report development and upkeep.
  • Ensure accuracy of billing information, project documentation, costs. Upload into internal billing systems.
  • Support standardization of processes/documentation.

Qualification requirements

Required Education

  • Bachelor's Degree

Desired Education

  • MBA or Master's Degree

  • Resourceful, adaptable and results oriented with a positive attitude and the ability to contribute to a team environment
  • Must be able to establish a high level of credibility with all levels of internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to communicate with all levels of employees from technical to non-technical clients; strong written, verbal, analytical and presentation skills
  • Analytical and conceptual thinking – using logic and reason, creative and strategic
  • Influencing and negotiation skills
  • Experience in communicating with executive level audiences. Ability to develop and effectively communicate data-driven presentations at multiple levels within the organization and with partner agencies
  • Comfortable in bringing people, processes or systems together to achieve common goals
  • Highly organized: used to working to tight deadlines and able to work under own initiative

Required Specialized Skills

  • Extremely deadline and deliverable oriented
  • Demonstrated record of precision & integrity in past work assignments
  • Knowledge and understanding of B2B sales cycles and business development approaches
  • Success in developing strong working relationships across many layers of an organization, outside agencies and vendors
  • Experience in CRM tools (Salesforce)
  • High attention to detail
  • Leadership and organizational skills
  • High-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Excellent communication skills

Desired Specialized Skills

  • Experience in industries including sustainability, cleantech, renewable energy, business services
  • Technical sales experience

Work Flexibility

  • Domestic travel may be required; estimated at 10-15%
