Qualifications
Position Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented IT Support Specialist to join our Corporate Technology Team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, enjoys solving technical challenges, and takes pride in maintaining efficient and secure IT systems. The position focuses on new device setup, configuration, and user support while ensuring seamless technology operations across our organization.
Key Responsibilities

Configure, image, and deploy new computers (Windows 11 Pro and Apple devices) for corporate and field employees.

Administer and support Microsoft 365, Entra ID (Azure AD), and related Microsoft cloud services.

Manage and maintain Apple Business Manager for device enrollment and oversight.

Ensure all systems and software are updated, secure, and performing optimally.

Maintain accurate records of IT assets, user accounts, and configurations.

Provide on-site technical support at the Naperville office and remote assistance to other locations.

Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.

Collaborate with internal departments to ensure consistent technology standards and practices.
Qualifications

3–5 years of hands-on IT support experience in a corporate or multi-site environment.

CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification (or equivalent technical expertise).

Strong experience with Microsoft 365, Entra ID (Azure AD), and general Microsoft Azure environments (AZ-900 preferred).

Proficiency with Windows 11 Pro setup, configuration, and maintenance.

Familiarity with Apple Business Manager and Apple device management.

Strong attention to detail, organization, and record-keeping.

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Must be local to the Naperville area and available for on-site work.

Must be authorized to work in the United States.

This position may require occasional travel.
Preferred Skills

Experience with device management tools such as Intune or other MDM solutions.

Working knowledge of network fundamentals (firewalls, switches, Wi-Fi).

Familiarity with IT ticketing and remote support tools.
