Manager, Information Security/Oversight
Summary:
Join Millennium Print Group (MPG) as a Manager, Information Security Oversight Team!
We’re seeking an experienced cybersecurity leader to manage our governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) programs, protecting the technology, infrastructure, and systems that power the world’s most recognized trading card brands.
Location: Raleigh, NC
Schedule: Full-Time, Onsite

What You’ll Do:
Lead the development and execution of MPG’s cybersecurity governance and compliance programs.
Manage the Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) program and vendor security assessments to ensure data protection and compliance.
Oversee Identity and Access Management (IAM) reviews, account lifecycle controls, and remediation tracking.
Direct Configuration Reviews for network, endpoint, and cloud environments to ensure security hardening.
Maintain and enhance MPG’s Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) framework, risk register, and exception tracking.
Collaborate with IT, Legal, HR, and Operations to strengthen the organization’s information security posture.
Prepare executive-level reports and dashboards outlining security performance and risk trends.
Mentor and develop security team members to support departmental growth and operational excellence.
What You’ll Bring:
Bachelor’s degree in information security, Computer Science, or a related discipline (Master’s a plus).
5+ years of experience in cybersecurity, information security management, or risk/compliance leadership.
Proven experience managing SOC 2, ISO 27001, or other audit and certification programs.
Knowledge of NIST, CIS, and risk management frameworks.
Strong communication and leadership skills with experience guiding cross-functional teams.
Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA preferred.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, GRC tools, and vendor risk management systems.
