Job SummaryWe are seeking for an entry level project manager to support our Special Bids Feasibility & Factsheet team to review, approve, and ensure the smooth and prompt execution of custom model configuration requests. The ideal candidate will work closely with other Special bids engineers, WW Sales, services org. and cross-functional teams to facilitate communication, BOM and rules validation, and maintain SLA and quality metric driven KPI's.Key Responsibilities: Review and process WW sales feasibility and factsheets request for Notebooks, Desktops and Workstation systems. Provide support and guidance to sales for Special Bids requests.Work with external teams including engineering, services, product planners and other to clarify ambiguous or BOM related issues.Ensure compliance with internal project governance and best practices.Organize and maintain project documentation, reports, and meeting notes when applicable.Identify risks, scope creep, bottlenecks, and blockers, and escalate them appropriately.Utilize internal queue to manage inbound requests.Ability to utilize, understand and provide feedback on internal tools to drive improvements or fixing bugs when discovered.Able to work independently and manage their time while on Lenovo Campus or working remotely. Monitor and report progress to the management team, key stakeholders, and delivery of urgent requestsBasic:Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.2+ years of experience in project coordination.Familiar with BOM structures, hardware components and system configurations.Preferred:Experience in a technology company or engineering-driven environment.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Attention to detail and ability to process requests with high level of accuracy.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
