Roles & Responsibilities:
Primary duties include but not limited to the following:
- Communicate with customers to understand their needs, requirements, and identify sales opportunities.
- Represent UVL as an industry leader and promote key differentiators to best serve our clients.
- Research for new leads.
- Meet and exceed strategic sales goals.
- Develop connections with customers.
- Once a point of contact has been reached, it will be passed off to the appropriate Business Development Representative.
- Compile monthly KPI reporting and presentations.
- Monitor and enhance HubSpot utilization by the sales and marketing team.
- Support the sales team with questions on accounts, MSA’s, contracts, rates, etc.
- Act as a liaison to ensure RFP’s, MSA’s, credit applications, vendor request forms, etc. are completed and returned on time.
- Sit in weekly BD meetings to go through rig reports and other data to ensure sales team is calling on every operator and service company in their respective regions.
- Responsible for sending out the weekly rig locations reporting.
- Assist with reputation management plan.
- Assist as needed with events.
Qualifications/Experience:
- Time management, self-motivated, and exceptional customer service skills.
- Professional written, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Working knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Microsoft Teams.
- Bachelor’s Degree required or 3+ years of inside sales experience in oil and gas or logistics.
- Strong desire to win.
- Must live in the greater Houston, TX area.
