The Boeing CompanyBoeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is currently seeking a Business Process Analyst to join the Team in Final Assembly to support the 787 Program in North Charleston, South Carolina.
Position Responsibilities:
• Assist with activities across multiple functions to resolve emergent issues supporting specific operations
• Conduct assessments of processes and practices against applicable standards and criteria
• Provide limited feedback on assessment results
• Support the organization in implementing strategies and plans
• Partner with 787 Manufacturing Safety Team members as needed
• Facilitate compliance-related BPSMs and RSPSs for assigned areas
• Facilitate assessments using the PASA system
• Understand relevant policies, processes, procedures, BPS criteria, and expectations
• Compile and report compliance assessments using EPES and program standard processes
• Support Focal meetings through facilitation or attendance
• Support emergent compliance projects as requested by leadership
• Analyze and interpret data; provide feedback on assessment results
• Work with organizations to develop strategies, plans, and metrics using Lean methodologies or other tools
• Support the 787 Program 5S plan, including attending as a Non-Advocate at least once annually
• Maintain Sweep process and relevant files
• Maintain team Standard Work Document
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
3+ years of working with Manufacturing Operations and/ or Tooling processes
3+ years of experience working with and partnering with cross-functional teams on projects and initiatives
3+ years of experience using all the following Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
Excellent communication skills, the ability to adapt to changing environments and work statements.
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
• 3+ years of experience with Supply Chain Management Analysis or Materials Management Analysis
3+ years of experience creating and developing strategy plans
3+ years of experience leading or managing projects, teams, and vendors in a factory/manufacturing environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary Pay Range:
Level 3 $88,400 - $119,600
Level 4: $102,850 - $139,150
