Crewe, Cheshire (onsite)

Salary: £26,457.08 per annum

As a Demand Planning Coordinator at Likewize you will play a pivotal role in connecting teams, customers, and supply chains to deliver seamless service and exceptional results.

Position Summary

To act as a conduit between Demand Planning, Likewize customers and all Likewize internal departments to ensure an excellent and seamless service delivery and to strive to always exceed customer requirements. To support the day to day requirements and planning involved with maintaining appropriate levels of stock within the supply chain, within agreed timescales.

To provide an efficient and proactive support service, ensuring an organised and professional approach to the day-to-day planning activities of Likewize customers.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Work day to day with the Demand Planners to ensure inbound stock from various supply routes are managed through Likewize, in line with process

  • To attend weekly CPFR meetings, by voice and deliver updates on any assigned actions

  • To attend fortnightly Alternate Matrix calls, either by voice or face to face and support the demand planner with any key adjustments which may mean a change in direction on stock allocation

  • To attend twice weekly, kitting calls, by voice and ensure we are on track with Job Cards and any requirements for the customer 

  • To support with raising any sales orders for shipments both inbound and outbound from Likewize DC, and shipping into any relevant customer DC’s

  • To act as a conduit for supporting the arrangement of any transport required for the movement of goods in line with requirements

  • Support all planning and implementation for key product launches with regards to sku creation and communication with the planning team and Likewise customers

  • To track and maintain reporting for current exchange programs, and liaise with the Likewize warehouse and account manager for updates.  

  • Works closely and builds and improves relationships between Supply Chain customers and Likewize

  • To consistently provide a high level of service through the successful nurturing of internal relationships and cooperation with departments who depend on or who influence own work

  • Ensure day to day activity is dealt with in a timely and professional manner in line with company policy and guidelines

  • Respect the value of information by following Likewize's data protection / information security policies and procedures
