Resident Relations Specialist I

As our portfolio continues to grow, so do our Integrated Operations Network! Mark-Taylor is hiring a Resident Relations Specialist I, to assist with addressing common resident questions and concerns, resolving issues promptly, and escalating more complex matters when necessary.
As a Resident Relations Specialist I, you will work at our Corporate office located in McCormick Ranch neighborhood of Scottsdale, AZ. You will represent the Mark-Taylor by effectively collaborating with onsite community teams to provide an exceptional experience to our residents.
You're Excited About This Role Because You Will:
- Answer inbound calls from current residents regarding routine inquiries, such as lease terms, rent payment processes, maintenance requests, and community policies.
- Meet weekly target goal of calls at 85% consistency.
- Accurately document calls in PMS and CRM for follow-up.
- Deliver a high standard of customer support, aiming to enhance resident satisfaction and loyalty.
- Follow standard operating procedures to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Participate in ongoing training and development through Mark-Taylor programs and San Casa virtual learning to stay updated on policies and best practices.

- Entry-level customer service or contact center experience is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with prospective residents professionally and empathetically.
- Demonstrated ability to remain calm and effective in high-call volume situations.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and a proven ability to quickly adapt to new systems.

The starting hourly pay rate for Resident Relations Specialist I, is $20.50. This position is eligible for monthly bonuses and a wardrobe allowance. The Resident Relations Specialist I position will require weekend availability.
