The Program Demand Planner I supports the delivery of customer materials by coordinating with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Procurement, Production Planning, and Quality. This role focuses on demand analysis, forecasting, and ensuring timely communication of priorities, with guidance from senior planners and management.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist with demand forecasting models to support Planning and Fulfillment
- Analyze customer orders and propose safety stock adjustments under supervision
- Monitor and report On-Time-Delivery (OTD) metrics; escalate concerns as directed
- Build foundational relationships with Program Managers and serve as a support contact
- Support sales and operations planning cycles with data and reports
- Help track inspection and expedite priorities to support production needs
- Participate in AOG and Expedite coordination efforts
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field
- 0–3 years of experience in a similar role
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office; ERP experience preferred
- Familiarity with supply chain or inventory concepts is a plus
- Exposure to Power BI or similar tools is helpful
Benefits
The starting pay range for this position is $57,700 - $69,300 per year however, the base pay offered may vary depending on the level of the position, skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location.
