Day to day of the job
The Delivery Principal is a key role in REA’s centre of excellence for delivery practice, within our Global Tech team. The Delivery Principal is responsible for embedding delivery practices by partnering with product delivery teams across REA.
While no two days are likely to be the same in this role, typical activities will include:
Coaching Engineering Managers in delivery practice to guide the continuous improvement in teams’ ways of working
Building and rolling out enterprise delivery practices, metrics, playbooks & tooling
Participating in the delivery of training, learning & development programs
Leading continuous improvement initiatives to address systemic delivery challenges
Developing a strong community of practice
Who we’re looking for
Experience coaching teams and leading change in delivery practice, preferably at scale
An appetite for growth and to participate in our training, learning & development programs
A curious self-starter who seeks to continuously improve ways of working
An exceptional communicator who can build relationships with influence
Proficiency in Agile methods, the Kanban method is a positive but not required
