Your passion for food along with your person-first approach will make a real difference to the life of our residents.  This role will require you to have weekend in charge responsibilities - Weekend availability is requiredDuties  Plan and prepare well balanced and nutritious meals for our residents  Liaise with residents, families, and the care team to ensure residents’ dietary, individual and cultural needs are met  Support the efficient functioning of kitchen and catering services  Comply with all infection control and food safety procedures  Perform administrative duties related to the kitchen operation such as stock taking, and food quality assessment  Skills and Experience  Previous experience in the preparation and delivery of meals within a similar environment   Certificate in Commercial Cookery or equivalent is preferred but not essential  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills  The ability to solve problems independently   How to Apply   Click Apply to be taken to our online application process.
