Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Hormone Sales Administrator to support our hormone product division. The ideal candidate will coordinate sales operations, manage administrative processes, and assist the sales team in expanding our hormone therapy portfolio across hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies in the USA.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and operational support to the Hormone Sales team.
  • Coordinate communication between clients, distributors, and internal teams.
  • Prepare and process sales documents including quotes, purchase orders, invoices, and contracts.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, clients, and sales in CRM or tracking systems.
  • Support end-to-end order processing and follow-up for timely delivery.
  • Generate and analyze monthly sales reports for management review.
  • Assist with scheduling meetings, demos, and follow-ups with hospitals and healthcare providers.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and industry regulations related to hormonal products.
  • Work closely with production and logistics teams to align inventory with sales demand.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales administration or coordination (hormonal products preferred).
  • Strong understanding of B2B pharma operations and sales processes.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience in handling hormone replacement therapies, fertility, or endocrine products.
  • Prior experience working with U.S.-based hospitals, clinics, or distributors.
